flower power

I was visiting my brother and sister in law this past week and took these in the garden.......

it had been raining the in the night and the rain drops were still on the Rose.

we go from this is to this........I just wish that you could smell the sweet sweet smell of this one.

as a kid we called these flowers "Naked Ladies" the leaves come after the flowers have gone.

the real name is a Bella Donna.

these are white ones but I do not think that they are as nice..............

Don't know what these are called this one is looking down on the plant

this one is taken look up from under the plant.........

these next 2 are weeds in the grass I thought they were really cool............

will I make regular post to this blog............

So it seems that I am good for a couple of post a year on this blog. lets see if I can actually get it going and keep it up. ...........

Since I last did a post we have moved

we packed up our house in Summerland and moved to New Zealand.
Great to be home again and back in New Zealand close to my family.
It really felt as if my soul had come home. Its good to be back on New Zealand soil again.

We lived with my Dad for a few months till we bought a house.



its a little house, don't know how we managed to get all our stuff in but we did.
Before we found the house we got a dog........his mane is Gilbert and he is a Jack Russel. This was taken the day we brought him home at 8 weeks...............
